This one year part grant is an acknowledgement of SAVVY Contemporary's unique concept and a recompense of the hard work we have been doing since SAVVY Contemporary was inaugurated. In 2010 we have done numerous performances, talks, 7 exhibitions and 7 publications with curators and artists from Germany, Madagascar, China, Cameroon, Belgium, Taiwan, Iceland, Finland, UK, Russia, Switzerland, Laos, Japan and Nigeria. This  sponsorship will enable us pursue our aims without the usual financial burden.

Strasserauf is a green electricity company with a strong affinity to art by not only offering grants but also collecting art from young and established artists. Thus, Strasserauf doesn't only share our artistic conceptual esprit but also our ecological ideology.
